Certain members of the hotel staff, particularly the daytime receptionist, lacked proper customer service skills and seemed indifferent towards guests' needs.

Great location and stunning views from the room. Walking distance to many attractions and amenities. the breakfast offered a decent variety of food, including fruits and pastries.

The staff seemed uninterested in helping us and they did not speak enough English to be useful. the decor in the rooms was outdated and lacking any charm.

We stayed at this hotel for a couple of nights and we were pleasantly surprised by its location. It is right in the centre of town, just off the main promenade, which made it very convenient for exploring the city. Everything we needed was within walking distance, including some great restaurants like Cafe Azyl. The view from our window was amazing, and being so close to all the tourist attractions was a big plus for us.

Our stay at this place was fantastic. We would definitely recommend it to others.

The hotel was perfectly located, right in the center and close to all the main attractions. The staff at the restaurant were friendly and the food was delicious with a wide variety to choose from.- The room was cozy and comfortable for a weekend stay.

The room was a bit small, but it was still sufficient for a short stay. Unfortunately, there was no internet connection in the room, only at the reception.
